Having drug tests can help people by being accountable for their actions. If they test positive for illicit drugs then their benefits are revoked. Treatment facilities for these people who do test positive should be available if a potential participant would like help. Once they are enrolled in a program and test positive for a certain amount of time, then benefits can resume again.
